After a month of voting, Steven Gerrard has been named the most popular player to have won the PFA Players' Player of the Year Award in its 40-year history. More than 300,000 votes were cast in our Sky Sports online poll and the Liverpool skipper beat Thierry Henry into second place.The final eight finished as follows:
